Halse-Martin Construction received a Silver Award of Excellence from the Vancouver Regional Construction Association for the Renovations and Additions to St. Georges Senior School.

Award of Excellence from the Corporation of the District of North Vancouver for the renovation and addition to Capilano Volkswagen/Audi.

Royal City Builders Award Overall Category from the New Westminster Chamber of Commerce for the work at Royal Columbian Hospital.

The Coastal Church, a heritage renovation project completed by Halse-Martin was given the City of Vancouver Heritage Award of Merit.

Heritage Canada awarded Halse-Martin a Certificate of Appreciation in 1978 for restoring the St. Roch, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police schooner that won fame as the first vessel to travel both ways through the Northwest Passage and is a focal point of the Vancouver Maritime Museum.

In 1981, Halse-Martin took home a City of Vancouver Heritage Award for our work renovating the former CPR Station overlooking Vancouver's waterfront, and a second City of Vancouver Heritage Award for our work on the Orpheum Theatre.
