Oland Specialty Beer

Halse-Martin was contacted to do this project under construction management based on our experience in specialty projects.

The work consisted of upgrading the 2nd floor of an old heritage warehouse in Yale Town to contain the sales offices and training facility for Oland Specialty Beers, a division of Labatts Brewery. The heritage aspect of the building lent itself well to the creating of a pub atmosphere in which to conduct the training of the sales staff in the marketing and handling of their specialty beer products. We met the challenge of marrying the new fixtures and finishes to the often out of square and out of level aspects of the old building to provide a space in which the client could be proud of using for marketing their products.
