Phase 1 of the construction for Eagle Ridge Hospital ER Expansion included brand new facilities for Community Outpatient Services, Cardiology, and Health Information Management.
This state-of-the-art development is the first lower mainland project to make large-scale use of premanufactured (DIRTT) wall assemblies, to provide long term serviceability and expedited schedules.
All three sub-phases were executed on time and on budget, despite escalating construction costs and the ever-evolving pandemic situation and protocols.
