Halse-Martin was engaged by Kingswood Capital for this complex project; converting an open-plaza into a 2 storey jewel in the heart of Alberni street’s ‘Diamond District’.
A constrained yet technically challenging design, fitting snugly between two existing towers and boasting the largest self-supported, cantilevered glass canopy in North America.
This new building houses high-end fashion and jewelry outlets Van Cleef & Arpels and IWC Watches, and was completed on schedule in May 2017.
