Anthem Properties engaged Halse-Martin to work alongside SSDG and the project team for their new corporate office, taking 33,000 sq ft over two adjacent floors at the Bentall 4 tower in downtown Vancouver.
The design boasted private offices with glazed front sliders throughout, extensive open ceilings, unique collaborative workspaces, and an interconnecting stair between the floors.
The project was completed on schedule in August 2018 and space has since gained praise for its unique private concept, flying in the face of today’s typical open office layout.
