Site Supervisor

Location: Lower Mainland

We’re hiring a Site Superintendent to manage a variety of renovation projects from start-up through completion. You’ll work closely with the PM and act as the on-site lead—driving safety, schedule, quality, and day-to-day coordination.

What you’ll do:

  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders on a daily basis (active/occupied sites)

  • Maintain a safe, organized site and enforce HMC’s safety program

  • Drive the project schedule and maintain quality standards

  • Coordinate and supervise subtrades, suppliers, deliveries, and inspections

  • Coordinate site layout and logistics

  • Coordinate subtrade manpower to suit the schedule

  • Depending on the project, be actively involved in running carpentry crews

  • Provide continuity on site as the single point of contact from start to finish

You’re likely a fit if you have:

  • Site management experience on mid-size commercial renovations (healthcare/institutional experience strongly preferred)

  • Strong interpersonal communication and document management skills

  • Solid understanding of construction contracts, specifications, and drawings

  • Journeyman Carpentry ticket (or equivalent experience)

  • Comfort coordinating technically challenging work in occupied buildings (health authorities, banks, etc.)

Experience level:

  • 10+ years as a Site Superintendent preferred (we’ll consider strong candidates with relevant renovation leadership experience).

  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license

  • Valid Work Visa

  • Ability to complete a criminal background check

Project Manager

Location: North Vancouver

We’re hiring a Project Manager to manage Health Care, TI and Institutional projects in the lower mainland, ranging from $0.5M to $30M. We’re a close-knit team with a flat hierarchy.

What you’ll do:

  • Budgeting, estimating and tendering

  • Scheduling

  • Scope negotiations

  • Change management

  • Steering the project and liaising with the project team to flag issues

  • Project administration end-to-end

  • Mentor Junior Staff

You’re likely a fit if you have:

  • Desire to work for a established GC with stable career growth opportunities

  • Working Knowledge of CCDC contracts

  • Ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision

  • Common Sense

  • Understanding of Project Financials

Experience level:

  • 10+ years as a Project Manager
