Westminster Savings Credit Union engaged Halse-Martin for pre-construction services and construction management for their new amalgamated corporate office located at Central City Tower in Surrey.
The project turned three bare floors into 52,000ft2 of premium office space with floor to ceiling glazing and was completed on time and under budget in July 2016.
